岗位描述/Department Mission

• Working with stakeholders within AI related sub system area to gather requirements, establish product roadmaps, and coordinate planning with other development teams and manage backlogs.
• Understand and design AI related sub system technology solutions and communicate with stakeholders from sub system areas in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Follow up with AI related sub system design implementation, ensure the implementation and accept the function from sub system level.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

• Planning & Strategy: Analyze and manage requirements, market trends & user pain points, develop sub system concepts, manage sub system feature and functionality requirements.
• System Design: Establish and develop sub system roadmap, manage backlog, design prototype & demo concept, create user story, design sub system specification. Be capable to produce AI prototype using AI technology.
• System Delivery: Develop sub system technical architecture with System Architecture, conduct RFQ/SOW evaluation, drive CP/SP agreements, follow up with sub system related development and necessary issues, including legal and compliance checks, ensure the feature implementation and accept the function from sub system level.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Mathematics or Vehicle related majors.
• Work Experience: 3~5 year experience in Vehicle Connectivity area, 2+ year experience in AI area. Connectivity backend related and data platform related experience as a plus.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Quick learning and be smart to get a clear picture from complex context.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • Good understanding of Connectivity technology.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Multitasking and prioritization.
  • Be good at logic thinking and presentation.
• Language:  Fluent English reading, writing and speaking. Fluent German as a plus.
