Brief description of the position: 

This role is responsible for all governance management activities steering & coordination in Region China IT&D part,  ensure Governance practices align with organizational goals, business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; act as a strategic advisor to management team,  providing insights and recommendations to enhance governance effectiveness and mitigate risks.

 Key Tasks:

1. Provide advice and coordination on governance related tasks, including IT&D Strategy, Organization, KPIs, Budget, Process,  Quality, Asset, Portfolio & Program etc..
2. Support the development of governance related strategies and framework design to achieve long-term organizational goal.
3. Management of governance activities with internal & external stakeholders, prepare and present governance reports to management team, ensuring transparency , alignment and accountability. 
4. Collaborate with IT&D other product line teams to ensure IT governance initiatives are understood and adopted
5. Crisis Management to ensure effective response and resolution during emergencies.
6. Continuous Improvement with regularly review and improve IT Governance frameworks, policies and processes across the organization
7. On Demand tasks assigned by Regional CDO and Head of IT&D Governance
8. Definition of KPIs, along with the associated framework, measurement methods, and management model for KPIs; further development of the KPIs

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related fields like Software Engineering or other majors with strong IT related background.
• Working experience: 10+ years working experience in IT, familiar and qualified with related IT Management Methodology within international environment

Knowledge, skills and others:

1. Strong knowledge of IT methods, frameworks, project management (e.g., ITIL, CMMI, SCRUM, PMP, etc. )
2. Have excellent competences (proven by their references), experts shall have good to excellent competences in their area of responsibility.
3. Excellent understanding of new technologies (e.g. Cloud, Web Services, Big Data, Mobile Apps, etc. ).
4. Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Excellent ability in English, German (will be a plus, but not mandatory).
