key task:

1. Conduct user research, in-vehicle scenario analysis and competitive benchmarking. Develop the HMI product roadmap aligned with vehicle brand positioning and project objectives, and deliver core product documents including PRDs, interaction prototypes and requirement specifications.
2. Lead interaction design for multi-screen synergy across central control displays, digital instrument clusters, HUD and rear-seat displays. Build integrated interaction logic combining voice, touch, gesture and physical controls, with a balanced focus on driving safety and operational convenience.
3. Coordinate with cross-domain teams including UI design, embedded software, system R&D, vehicle testing and engineering manufacturing. Track the full process of HMI feature development, joint debugging, real-vehicle verification and version iteration, to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
4. Establish a cockpit HMI experience evaluation system. Continuously optimize interaction flows, operation paths and detail experience based on user feedback, real-vehicle test data and after-sales issues.
5. Organize, prepare, execute meetings to review HMI PRD, concepts and design with different stakeholders. Also organize and prepare events for approval activities by management.
6. Create HMI Roadmap and structure ideas in next HMI generations, to assure and lead the end-to-end design lifecycle (from concept, production and updates,.. )
7. HMI and automotive intelligent cockpits trend analysis based on benchmark/user research/technology evolution.
8. Lead and responsible for UX/UI design

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering or related fields are preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in automotive HMI or interaction product design; full participation in mass-production vehicle cockpit projects is a strong plus.
3. Excellent language skills in English mandatory.
   Very good analytic skills.
   Good team player and excellent written and verbal  communication skills.
   Be able to set up, manage and use Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence,  Figma,  Jira, ..
