key task:

1. Cooperate with the team to create the corresponding HMI timeline, plan and control budget.
2. Define detailed timeline and Use system to track, push,  manage and inform status and progress
3. Based on HMI timeline, track the HMI concept, user interaction, Graphic and development progress. Push forward the blocking point to ensure the in time delivery. 
4. Define HMI development processes as guidance for team cooperation
5. Establish and maintain different Stakeholders network of Cariad, VWAG, JVs and supplier to improve cooperation by HMI developing, integration and testing
6. Organize testing activities, manage error tickets and organize the debugging activities
7. Align with other Project managers, keep control of change management
8. Lead to evaluate the HMI requirements as well as budget
9. Cooperate with HMI PO and Designers to track the status of framework, concept, user interaction,animation, graphic, text, illustration and HMI functions
10. Lead to accomplish HMI technical and conceptual benchmarking and trend analysis on HMI development 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Industry design, computer science or similar
2. Minimum 3 years project management working experience in automotive HMI area, OEM is preferred. experience in Volkswagen is a plus
3. • Knowledge of HMI concept&graphic design, user research, text, 3D/2D element, etc...
   • Knowledge of connectivity and infotainment functions
   • Working Experience of  project management, relevant certification is an advantage
   • Well-founded technical understanding in EE related field in theory and exercise.
   • Good team player and excellent communication skills.
   • Good analysis capability, logical and lateral thinking.
   • Strong ability to handle conflicts constructively.
   • Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory, German is a plus
