Brief description of the position:

This position requires one candidate who has high passion with HV systems e.g. HV battery/Charging/HV safety etc., he will be in charge of HV Battery/Charging/HV safety system function development incl. specifications generation, interfaces definition, SW development, function realization, trouble shooting & analysis in the development phase etc.

Key Tasks:

• Be responsible for function/SW development works of BMS/charging system/HV safety in region China
• Be responsible for integration of BMS/Charging system/HV system and further joint tasks
• Be responsible for function specifications for HV battery /Charging/HV safety
• Be responsible for BMS/Charging system/HV safety failure analysis
• Be responsible for efficient communication build-up between VCTC and joint-development partners.
• Competitor benchmark and cost analysis on top cost sensitive components to ensure the competitiveness in China Market.
• Be responsible for supervision and coordination of vendor-development work and benchmarking of competitor products especially for system, sub-component and function level

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electronic technology or related majors
• Internship experience in BMS/charging system/HV safety function development area
• Familiar with KPM and failure analysis
• Familiar with BMS/Charging system integration, BMS/Charging function development
• Familiar with HV battery/HV-Charging system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Matlab, Simulink skills are preferred.
