Job Responsibilities:

• Be representative to define and clarify battery product mechanical requirements within project team.
• Responsible for system layout, component integration and other mechanical related topics inside the HV battery project team.
• Work as component part owner, responsible for HV battery component specifications generation and development, including design document preparation and data construction.
• Perform risk analysis based on development and change scope for mechanical design on component and pack level.
• Lead the failure analysis for the HV battery test mechanical failure. Responsible for release document preparation and issue the release.
• Responsible for mechanical relevant sample status tracking (component level and pack level).
• As the mechanical interface, communicate and coordination the relevant development activities with VW JVs and suppliers. 

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering. 
• Familiar with automotive part design and release requirements.
• Able to use CAD software for data construction, CATIA as plus.
• Experience with design quality documents and methodology.
• English can be used as work language, German as plus.
• Self learning and quick adaption in new environment.
