Job Responsibilities:

Be representative to define and clarify battery product mechanical requirements within project team.

Responsible for system layout, component integration and other mechanical related topics inside the HV battery project team.

Work as component part owner, responsible for HV battery component specifications generation and development, including design document preparation and data construction.

Perform risk analysis based on development and change scope for mechanical design on component and pack level.

Lead the failure analysis for the HV battery test mechanical failure. Responsible for release document preparation and issue the release.

Responsible for mechanical relevant sample status tracking (component level and pack level).

As the mechanical interface, communicate and coordination the relevant development activities with VW JVs and suppliers.
