• The Embedded SW & HW Platform empowers CARIAD CN Software & Hardware products for CEA in China. The overall goals are the successful function integration of hard- & software developments in China, boosting of China-specific requirements in automotive E/E-architecture concepts and yielding of new enabler technologies for future mobility for China.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

•  Define robust test standards (VW80000) for ECUs, maintain robust test standards (VW80000) for VW China.
•  Create BT-LAH (components robust test requirements) and release to BTV or suppliers.
•  Review and approve ECU robust testing documents like DVP, test plan, test reports.
• Define lifetime relevant testing (L02/L03…) requirements and define optimization solution
• Investigate robust test requirements for new technology, new material, new manufacturing process.
• Interface to Design team for reliability technical discussion.
• Reliability failure analysis together with Tier1 supplier.
• Support project team on robust design and risk identification.
• Support Validation Engineer in DV/PV for inhouse development projects.
• Gathering failure cases to maintain the Lessons Learnt database.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic engineering or other relevant major.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Automotive industry for hardware design, robust design or robust standards.
• Master of robust system work, able to use failure analysis tools.
• Master of Failure mechanism analysis.
• Experience of at least 1 serial production project about ECU/Sensor from beginning to SOP.
• Familiar with Automotive Reliability requirements, like ISO-16750, VW80000, ISO7637, VW80808…
• Skills in Circuit analysis, PCB Layout review, ECU design review.
• Have experience of using at least 1 EDA tool (Cadence, Mentor Graphic, Altium Designer…)
• Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility
• Target oriented and well structure
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
• Prefer: have knowledge about ISO17025
