Brief description of the position:

This position is accountable for all VCTC vehicle function performance and stability V&V activities to the Head of Vehicle Testing . This position ensures the import and export of test vehicles as well as tracking of all budgets related to function evaluation work.

Key Tasks:

• Execute HW or SW function evaluation operation.
• Manage the HW/SW function performance and stability activity: test vehicle management, error ticket creation and error management, function verification and performance &stability evaluation.
• Function Validation in extreme driving conditions(cold climate, hot climate, high-altitude and etc.) 
• Function summary report in the important milestone of HW or SW development process.
• Alignment with internal customers (e.g. EGEF, EGX, EGB, EGW, EO, and One-team developers ) on function evaluation, vehicle status, error status and function performance or other related topics.
• Alignment with external customers (e.g. VW-Anhui, FAW-VW, SVW etc.) on vehicle status, function evaluation, performance or other related topics.
• Function evaluation for export projects in oversea markets: Function ramp-up plan, function evaluation, performance and stability evaluation.
• Support test vehicle import and export: Supporting documents preparation, Communication with VDA, ACEA, JAMA and other associations of car producers in China on relevant topics, coordination of all license plates and insurance contracts for testing vehicles.

Qualifications and skills required for this position:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or other related areas.
• 3 years in Research & Technical Development.
• Overarching, cross functional & cross cultural management competencies.
• Languages: Fluently in English, Deutsch is a plus.
