Tasks:

• Create project timeline and align with all development parties. Track timeline is followed and escalation management in case of deviation.
• Track P-, B-, BMG- and K- release progress for all components of ZSB e-Drive.
• Communicate, document and escalate technical insecurities, discrepancies and problems of any kind, escalation management in case of development conflicts
• Receive customer requests and technical details, evaluate options for implementation and feasibility and distribute to TD departments
• Receive and track fulfillments of requirements. Ensure all applicable laws and regulations and considered and fulfilled.
• Define, set up, manage and maintain an appropriate management system to collect, distribute and track implementation of all systems requirements.
• Ensure all tools, technologies, functions for implementation of functional safety exist.
• Ensure all safety requirements are broken down to component or deaprtment level and are tranck implementation.
• Define and creats process standards for top-level development process.Track processes are followed and escalation management in case of deviation.
• Maintain process documentation,align content, prepare for process audits.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible. 

(Decision-making) authorities:

• Develop and approve project timeline (coordinate all TD development parties, approve feasibility).
• Release and approve development budget (internal: project hours, external: financial budget) to interfaces, usually production entity and customer vehicle project.
• Release of all project induced budget requirements (BM, DLV, KUE) for TD departments.
• Distribute and release top level system requirements from customer to all TD departments, also including ASPICE level, functional safety level
• Responsible for P-, B-, BMG- and K- release on CP4 level for ZSB e-drive.

Responsibilities 

• Ensure project plan for all TD projects in regards to technical requirements, required internal and external resources and time planning in being met.
• Ensure the timely escalation of technical conflicts and their solution in order to ensure meeting the project plan. Negotiate technical requirements with internal / external customers.
• Guarantee all applicable rules and regulations are known within TD and distributed within the development departments.
• Implementation of top-level development process and responsibilities for TD department. Implementation of corresponding process standards.
• Guarantee all applicable functional safety regulations are fulfilled within TD and distributed within the development departments.
