Your Responsibilities:

• The BMS TPL (Technical Project Lead) oversees end-to-end technical delivery of BMS projects, driving on-time release of HW/SW/EE components through standardized processes.
• Ensure compliance with Group standards and China regulations, monitor development budgets to support cost transparency, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance release methodology and configuration management.
• Focuses on establishing cross-project reuse of technical assets, managing risks, and contributing to long-term maturity of BMS product and development processes.
• Responsible for Steering project milestones to reach R&D related project targets

Your key tasks:

• Lead BMS R&D teams through project milestones (PS, PF, BF, etc.) to SOP, driving platform standardization and repeatable delivery processes.
• Development and monitoring project timelines, ensuring on-time end-to-end delivery of BMS components and phase-goal achievement.
• Facilitate technical meetings and coordinate with different departments to resolve project issues and collaborate with R&D and product management for decision making.
• Handle target deviations, resolve technical disputes, identify and manage risks, and support decision - making documentation.
• Collaborate with finance teams on budget approval processes, from submission to tracking expenditures, and provide regular stakeholder reports.

• Implement standardized project documentation templates to enhance cross-team efficiency

Required Qualification:

• Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
• Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level.
• 1-2 years’ work experience in technical project steering, project speaker.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex BMS issues
• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
• Deep understanding of automotive development processes (V-Model) and procedures
• Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
