This position is to ensure proper budget coordination between Innovation Center Asia and Group Innovation, including but not limited to: record, track and summarize budget status, regular meetings with controlling and forecasting, invoicing and reporting quarterly bills. Budget Coordination acts as a single point of contact for Purchase Orders, Shopping Carts and other administration tasks.
Quarterly Bills with Group Innovation ((Forecast/invoice/Report); Regular sync with VCIC controlling; ICA internal Budget status checking
KSRM management for VCTC-EX (PO, shopping cart, budget releasing, GR application) according to the requests
VCTC-EX internal communication management ( Intranet VCTC-EX page updating quarterly GI intranet update for VCTC-EX part
IT key user & Asset management (sharefolder access /confluence access /distribution list renewing ;IT user requirement regular submission and feed back share from C-EP/ITP ;Internal IT asset
Organization and coordination of periodically occurring VCTC-EX management meeting, Team meeting and Team event
Risk Management following Internal Control System and Group Risk System
Other supportive administration tasks for the VCTC-EX team such as office management etc.
Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
