岗位描述/Department Mission:

• The Solution Train Technology E³ 2.0 has overall governance for all technical decisions of the solution train and represents the Solution Train in relevant CARIAD and brand committees.
• The overall goal is synchronization of the Solutions within the Solution Train for a common technical direction.
• Responsible for all cross-sectional issues in the Solution with reference to the architecture.
• Act as the key interface within CARIAD for architecture and cross-section and is actively involved in the X-Solution. 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities :

• Coordination with GM in the PRM process to collect technology requirements and generate rough concept of solutions, technical and architectural guard rails (initially and over time)
• Identification and management of non-functional (technical) requirements, ensuring communication to the other levels
• Defines the technical context and the architectural solution of the Solution Train to sustainably support the roadmap (critical aspects, requirements, usage, installation, operation and technical support and purpose), contributes to the definition of milestones in the Solution Train from a technology perspective
• Analyzes and coordinates the technical dependencies between the solutions
• Defines the essential components and subsystems as well as their interfaces of the Solution Train
• Overall governance for technical decisions of solution train (E2E) with impact on deadlines, costs, quality
• Responsible for definition and implementation of overall end-to-end architecture and cross system functions
• Coordination with other Solution Managers regarding time schedules. Identification and monitoring of future content and consideration of dynamic requirements and new innovations. Achievement of short-cycle permanent feature strokes
• Decision on conflicting technical goals or options, and the assessment of the degree of maturity of technical options at Solution level.
• Definition and prioritization of enabler functions, and interface in the cross-sectional functions
• Ensuring conformity to laws, regulations and standards with legal character and internal company guidelines on the introduction of non-functional requirements within the framework of the acceptance criteria
• Knows applied technologies and initiates technology updates or introductions to meet the architecture requirements, determination of the technical / architectural orientation of the  Solution together with the Solution Trains, suppliers and customers
• Representation and securing of the architecture framework approach for the standardization of the future corporate architecture, taking into account the existing architectures and vehicle project requirements
• Coordinates architectural topics with the modular architects of the brands and channels specific E/E configurations for the vehicle derivatives

岗位要求/Required Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics, business economics or comparable studies
• Expertise and in-depth knowledge in automotive products and technologies and Software / IT
• Experienced in building organizations and functional teams, cross-culture experience is preferred
• Proficient knowhow and practical experience in E2E in-vehicle SW/HW architectures as well as cloud platforms
• Strong background in large scale agile product development environments and familiar with complex stakeholder situations
• SAFe framework knowledge and certification
• Excellent language and communication skills in Chinese, English. German would be beneficial
• Presentation skills, both personal (capable presenter) as IT (Powerpoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
