Your Responsibilities

• 负责大众汽车在中国区紧固件的本地化研发；
• 负责大众汽车在中国区螺栓类紧固件的材料放行，检测内容包括硬度，化学成分，摩擦系数，防腐蚀性能等；
• 负责与紧固件相关的失效分析，支持并协助各工厂解决与紧固件相关的装配问题；
• 负责与德国狼堡总部紧固件专家技术交流，建立并维护大众汽车在中国区的紧固件专家团队，确保集团相关标准在中国各工厂的正确使用；
• 负责实验室紧固件相关设备的维护校准等。

Required Qualification:

• Education: University degree in one of the following areas: Engineering, Material technology or Mechanical engineering Bachelor degree or above. 工程类专业，例如材料科学，机械工程等。
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Fastening Technology industry on the field of material technology.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong experience in one of the following fields: fastening technology, tightening process, screw material technology. Strong analytical thinking and leadership, excellent communication and negotiation, problem solving, excellent team work, assuming responsibility and strong decision taking.
• English:  Fluent in English/German
