Department Mission

• Design and develop localized ADAS / AD function according to the requirements
• Collaborate and steer stakeholder as a lead for development business unit of ADAS/AD for existing platforms Volkswagen brand

Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words):

• Investigate and collect the specific situation for market China which will affect ADAS / HAD functions
• Design and develop ADAS / AD function according to the requirements, creation of Function and FunctionalSafety Definition
• Participate in test and validation in order to ensure the function release
• Coordinate with the other BUs, parties regarding ADAS / AD relevant topics, function level competitor investigation, national standard analysis

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience (3+ years of automotive engineering experience, 2+ years in ADAS / HAD development field (or similar))
• Experience in ADAS related map solutions and ADAS-HMI logic is a plus
• Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Highly structured, analytical and self-organized, -motivated
  • Excellent capabilities in communication and team work
  • Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks
  • Experience of studying / working abroad as a plus
• Language skills:
  • Excellent language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory
  • Chinese language skills
  • German language skills as a plus
