Department Mission
- Support for UC cell development
- Material screening and development with partner
- Cell development for new UC cell project or next generation battery
- Production supporting and guiding in advanced technology
- Closely tracking technology development for battery material in the market
Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines): should be one of the followings
- Responsible for material screening, specification definition, material performance tracking, communication with material vendor and cell development department
- Responsible for industrialization, process design, production support, guiding
- Responsible for cell development including understanding the LAH requirement, proposing cell design, validating cell performance to fulfil the requirement
Required Qualification:
- Education
- Bachelor degree in Material/Chemical/electrical/mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering Electrochemistry, or evidence of experience and exceptional ability, Master or Ph.D or Overseas degrees is a plus.
- National Key University or Top EV/Battery company experience
- Good GPA at school
- Experience in one of the following area
- Expert in LMFP or LFP material development including material synthesis, production strategy as well as the evaluation the material for electrochemical performance; At least 3 years of hands on experience on LMFP or LFP material.
- Expert in LMFP or LFP cell development including cell design, testing etc.
- Expert in LMFP or LFP production; familiar with the main challenges in terms of LMFP or LFP cell production; Experience with full product life cycle as from concept to series production; 5+ years of industry experience with 2 years in respective field
- English: Fluent in English and Chinese, basic German helpful
- Others: good with PPT skill
