Manage and provision IT infrastructure resources and services

Continually optimizing IT infrastructure services and managing changes

Managing the help desk and ticketing system, troubleshooting issues

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage KAM office service, means Central Account & Access Management, including the management of ID, account, access and PKI smart card and define KPI's.
  • Manage printing service, including the management of printer and its connection and define KPI's.
  • Manage meeting room service, including all the IT provided devices and to assure their functionality and define KPI's.
  • Manage and monitor assets(Hardware) in the associated areas to ensure availability and correctness of asset data during the asset lifecycle and define KPI's.
  • Assure the responsible areas' knowledge base and operation documents complete and up to date.
  • Develop, monitor and review annual IT budgets/contracts/vendors of the responsible area to ensure they comply with the group’s corporate goals, guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage the responsible areas related project and continuous improvement according to the company business and IT requirement, e.g. rollout, upgrade, etc.
  • Assure and Monitor the compliant of the responsible areas according to the policy of IT security, compliance and risk management.
  • Process management of the responsible areas, Control, monitor and report the services' SLA and KPI.
  • Cooperate with VCIC ITP on solution management, and follow VW region China standard.
     

Required Qualification:

  • University degree in Computer Science or the similar major (BsC, MsC)
  • Additional Business Administration would be advantage

 

Personal skills:

  • Have IT operation background and experience in some of below IT client technologies:
  • IAM and PKI (Identity & Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure), Meeting Room IT devices and their functions, Printer, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Active directory & Exchange.
  • Experienced in IT asset management, especially for the IT client devices.
  • Understanding of needs of internal IT customers as well as end users including achieving Customer satisfaction by serving IT Infrastructure Services with high quality
  • Good English Skill (spoken and written) & Chinese fluent

Working experience (in years):

  • At least 5 years' IT service management experience of the in-scope services
  • Experience in IT Services Management (ITIL)
