Your Responsibilities:

Vehicle Development Process, IT Strategic Planning and Execution, Project Management

  • R&D Application System Planning and Construction研发信息化系统规划和建设
    • Build up and keep refresh IT landscape based on company’s strategy and business planning according to enterprise architecture guideline. 根据公司战略和业务规划，以企业架构理论为指导，指定并定期刷新领域IT规划
    • Output annually projects list based on IT landscape and maturity of business requirements. Formulate project budget. 根据IT规划和业务需求，输出年度项目清单，并制定项目预算
    • Responsible for construction of systems, coordinate the company’s application departments, optimize business process and improve efficiency. 负责项目落地实施，同时协调相关业务部门，优化业务流程，提高效率

 

  • Project Management 项目管理
    • Responsible for scheme planning, construction project approval, tender preparation and other related work of application system; 负责应用系统的方案规划、建设项目审批、标书编制等相关工作
    • Responsible for project planning, daily project management and communication with relevant units to control the project schedule(from purchasing to acceptance), risk and ensure project delivery on time; 负责项目规划、日常项目管理以及与相关单位的沟通，以控制项目进度、风险并确保项目按时交付
    • Responsible for the preparation and review of business requirements documents, business blueprint design and other project deliverables during the project; 负责项目期间业务需求文件、业务蓝图设计和其他项目交付成果的编制和审查
    • Be responsible for external implementation supplier management including quality control, budget control, project timeline control, etc. 负责外部实施供应商管理，包括质量控制、预算控制、项目时间表控制等
    • Be responsible for external unit communication including VW holding unit and other related units负责外部单位沟通，包括大众控股单位和其他相关单位

 

  • Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement 业务流程再造和改进
    • Provide business optimization from digital transformation aspects such as process effectiveness and data driven decision. 从数字化转型角度，提供业务优化方案例如流程效能分析、数据驱动决策
    • Provide technological recommendation in the development and implementation regarding to business process, system architecture, data architecture, security, scalability and performance. 在开发和实施过程中，提供指导咨询，包括系统架构、数据架构、安全性、可扩展性和性能等
    • Actively collect requirements of business departments, keep abreast of the latest information system status of the industry, conduct comprehensive analysis, put forward and determine the company's information system optimization Suggestions and schemes, organize the implementation and continuous optimization. 积极收集业务部门的需求，及时了解行业最新信息系统状况，进行综合分析，提出并确定公司信息系统优化建议和方案，组织实施并持续优化

 

  • Knowledge Management 知识管理
    • In the process of application system project and daily work, compile problem list, record the problem solving process and solution in detail, form personal knowledge document, and gradually improve the knowledge content; 在应用系统项目和日常工作过程中，编制问题清单，详细记录问题解决过程和解决方案，形成个人知识文档，逐步完善知识内容
    • Organize and file all process documents of application system project construction according to internal control audit requirements; 根据内控审核要求，组织归档应用系统项目建设的所有过程文件
    • Provide cross function know-how supporting为上下游部门提供跨职能专业知识支持

 

  • High-quality IT Project Delivery and Customer Satisfaction高质量IT项目交付和客户满意
    • Cooperation with IT Governance team to optimize architecture and project management standards. 和IT治理团队一起，优化IT架构和项目管理相关标准和流程
    • Collaborative working together with AMS team to identify and collect system issues and requirements. 和应用支持团队协同，识别并收集系统问题和需求协助快速解决系统运行中的各种问题
    • Assist to deal with all kinds of system application problems timely. 配合应用系统全生命周期的所有审计

 

  • Undertake Other Tasks Assigned by Direct Supervisor直属领导分配的其它工作

Required Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Must have more than 8 years of working experience in R&D Domain IT.
  • Must have a deep insight of R&D business and good insight of neighboring areas (e.g. purchasing IT)
  • Must be familiar with product planning, product design and development, data management and other related business processes.
  • Must have good project management capability and have cross-function project experiences.
  • Must have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovative consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
  • Must have communication and coordination ability, business planning ability, cost and budget management ability, customer service ability, and team management ability.
  • Must passed CET-6 and fluent in spoken (B2).
  • Nice to be familiar with enterprise architect and have related project experience.
  • Nice to be familiar with the system of Volkswagen Group, especially in the R&D area.
  • Nice to have good skill at micro services related skills such as container, DevOps and also IT infrastructure related such as network, hardware and system maintenance.
  • Nice to have a PMP or corresponding certificate.
