Department Mission

• Take lead local Cell & Module projects quality development& management according to the requirements in Formel Q, and China Laws/Regulations/Policies.
• Support Cell & Module projects quality development& management for the global Market.
• Group wide Coordination with JVs (VWA, FAW-VW and SVW), VWAG, Audi AG, PAG, and other departments in VGC for battery cells & Modules
• Setup, optimize and maintain the QMS for the division which covers technical development, quality assurance, project management.

Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words):

• Take lead for internal Quality system establish& optimization, process improvements.
• Setup Lessons learned system& database
• Responsible for internal and external quality system Audit
• Coordinate with other departments and the counter partner in Germany.

Required Qualification:

• Work Experience: 5+ years, Experience on QMS engineer experience. With battery& E/E experience preferred
• Deep Technical Knowledge& skills on IATF 16949/ISO 9001/VDA6.3, and other VDA standards
• Technical Knowledge& skills on quality tools FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, Calibration& MSA, FA, statistical methods
• English:  English-speaking mandatory
• German: German speaking preferred
• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Electrochemistry, automotive, electrical& electronics, or respective field
