Brief description of the position:
Work as interface and function expert in between entity BU and CoE in skill/competency to timely translate entity specific business requirements into skill/competency needs and feedback to CoE, ensure CoE region China initiatives implementation within entity BU, manage change requests and adaptation needs based on entity BU contexts when necessary with CoE as back
Key Tasks:
- Translate BU requirements into concrete competence planning
- Analyze, plan & track entity BU specific skills/competency needs (e.g Q Matrix) and pass the results to CoE, coordinate future oriented competence portfolio conference organized by Academy
- Consult BUs on qualification plan, measures and initiatives (act as bridge to Academy), and pass on specific request to CoE for tailor-made solution if necessary
- Collect entity talent development needs & track development status, provide AC registration information to Academy based on regional central plan.
- Handle yearly learning & qualification planning on entity scope, track implementation status, and provide insights to BU
- Promote and support group employee engagement programs implementation within entity scope (e.g. group employee survey, role model program)
- Roll-out regional CoE projects and initiatives within entity scope, Consult and support BUs as functional experts (coordination by HR BP), Provide input to HR CoE for continuous improvement and guide.
- Share transformational culture-related (performance driven, innovation, etc.) information & best practices from entities with C-SE for communication with regional synergy to strengthen corporate spiri
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education: Master, Diploma or Magister Degree in one of the HR related fields, Finance/Economics, Engineering or comparable
Working experience: 5 years working experience in HR or businesss areas, ideally with experience in qualification & training perspective
Knowledge, skills and others:
Strategic thinking and good understanding of company’s strategy and business needs
Strong ownership for training & qualification, culture & communication topics
Self-initiative and team work across Business units and VGC entities
Good planning and organizing skills, ideally experience in project management
Highly process and quality oriented (esp. data quality and consistency)
