Range of responsibility                           

1. The PKM is responsible for all project tasks regarding all locally produced EA888 engine modules within the region China.
2. The position holder is responsible to maintain a regular reporting, harmonization and synchronization within VCIC, the headquarters (Audi IN / VW WOB), the Typfuehrer (Audi HU) and the Joint Ventures (production locations for the EA888 Engine modules Shanghai (SVW), Dalian (VWED), Changchun(VWED II))
3. The position holder is responsible to continuously track the sourcing status (Sourcing of Hardware for new projects)
4. The position holder is responsible to represent C-EA in the following overarching project meetings and -committees between all project involved business units:

• Pilothallen meeting between VCIC, Headquarters and JVs on OMK level.
• SE-Team (Modul) as overarching Meeting between all project involved Dept. of  VCIC, HQs, Typfuehrer and JVs as the first level of the escalation Pyramid.
• SE-Team (Integration) as overarching Meeting between all project involved Dept. of  VCIC, HQs, Typfuehrer.
• SE-Team-Technik as overarching Meeting between all Group internal project involved Dept. of VCIC, HQs, Typfuehrer.
• CRF Meeting between the R&D Departments of the HQs and VCIC R&D
• APG Calibration Project Meeting within C-EA to report and collect all project related information about Software milestones.
• C6b Core team between the Project related Dept. of the HQs, VCIC R&D and JVs.

5. The position holder is responsible to organize the following overarching Project meetings between all project involved business units

• Pilothallen meeting between VCIC, Headquarters and JVs (until HSF Milestone)
• SE-Team-Technik as overarching Meeting between all Group internal project involved Dept. of VCIC, HQs, Typfuehrer.

6. The responsibility of the position holder includes to set up a project timeline according to VW Aggregate PEP (tailored with the special project requirements) and to ensure the conformity to project milestones regarding timing, quality and durability of local content powertrain.
7. The position holder is responsible for the Engine module to fulfill the (in the Vehicle TPB requested) Vehicle requirements.
8. The position holder is responsible to report project changes or new project requests to the Modulecircle for EA888 Projects (Audi Headquarter) for confirmation and/or approval.
9. The responsibility of the position holder includes the ensurement productconformity to all legal requirements within the Region china.

Required qualifications and skills 

1. work experience in the automotive sector for min. 7 years
2. Master of Engineering or similar
3. Expert knowledge in the field of project management
4. Experience in the field of SE-Collaboration in a participating function
5. Profound knowledge regarding VW Group internal processes
6. Profound knowledge regarding technical combustion engine issues
7. High processual knowledge regarding (combustion engine) module release processes and criteria
8. Technical quality consciousness
9. Fluent German and English language skills
10. Excellent soft skills regarding communication, coordination and cooperation

12. Skills in detail orientation, endurance and abstraction
13. Highly self-organized and high ability to solve problems
