Department Mission
• Ensure an up-to-date, high quality powertrain calibration for Audi & VW in China
• Support the market introduction of latest ICE, NEV & BEV technology

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicles and datasets for new developments & serial condition
• Strategic vehicle planning and steering with worldwide partners and workshops
• Handle dataset changes for powertrain software updates
• Ensure good vehicle status with software / hardware updates and trouble shooting
• Perform and document release drives to ensure project success

Required Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent area
• 5+ years of experience in vehicle or powertrain development industry
• Deep knowledge of vehicle & powertrain calibration and calibration processes
• Knowledge of quality management, and product management
• Cooperative, analytical working, team spirit, intercultural competence
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with strong initiative and self-reliance
• Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
