Brief description of the position:
Based on vehicle project development timeline, controlling key deliverables for each milestone. Work as FGS & FCS role, holds the responsibility of coordination work for ADAS parts and functions in EH towards the whole vehicle project.
FGS focus on project management, including KOPP/TPB/AWS/Aeko/MPP/KPM etc.
FCS focus on function management, including IS plan/FULI/FuRe/VBM etc.
Key tasks:
1.ADAS new concept and technical feasibility analysis, KOPP layout and definition, PR number track, new part and function development process control and project status report.
2.Based on project information and change scope, define and interpret TPB together with engineers to ensure the technical description in TPB is right.
3.Based on TPB and project change scope to start jobsplit negotiation with VW and JVs, responsible for AWS content confirmation and signature process.
4.Track parts' release status(P-release/B-release/BMG release/K release and AWE status etc. ) in different milestone and report.
5.KPM and error management work, such as test failure/production problem/function problem/complaint from production/QA etc, and also responsible for Aeko&MPP design change control process.
6.Homologation status following, organize engineers to maintain VTAS parameters and ensure homologation and regulation related test and report to be compliant.
7.Alignment and plausibility check of IS planning and functional implementation plan in project for ADAS parts and functions.
8.Coordination and tracking of FuRe approvals and FuLi for functional scope of its cluster and report on the status of functional realization in the committees.
9.Regularly attend Function Camp and focus on function testing & reporting, top complain tracking and escalation work for ADAS related functions.
10.Coordination and monitoring work on vehicle and budget resources based on ADAS function development plan with engineers.
Qualifications &skills：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automobile manufacturing, ADAS technical or other related fields.
2.More than 2 year's working experience in mainstream automobile company, working experience in muti-national company is preferred.
3.Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
4.Excellent capabilities in communication and team spirit.
5.Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
6.Fluent English communication skills or German communication skills is preferred.
7.Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
8.Familiar with development procedure of OEM.
