Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

- Lead and oversee BMS software development projects, managing resources effectively.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for software projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among software development teams.
- Monitor and address risks, changes, and challenges in software projects.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant BMS software.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of high voltage battery development experience.
- Project management experience in automotive electronics or BMS development.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Understanding of software and hardware development life cycle.
- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
