Wiring Harness Testing 线束测试技术员

This position holds the responsibility for the matters in VSC about wiring harnesses testing (ABP), controllers' version check and update, pre-commissioning on the test bench (VI), static and dynamic commissioning in the prototype car (DI).

该岗位涉及到车辆预检的相关工作，包括线束测试，控制器版本的检查与更新，在调试台上进行预检以及样车的静态和动态调试。

Job Descriptions

• Establishing and maintaining the testing infrastructure for version check tools, ABP and VI test table 开发和维护控制器版本检查、线束检查和预检调试台所需要的基础工具
• Implement the version check, conduct version comparison with VBV, Ÿ implement the version update and report the results and problems 检查控制器版本，并与 VBV 进行版本比较，后更新版本并报告结果和问题
• Connect the KSK with the ABP table and implement the wiring harness test,Ÿ remove the harness from the test bench and deliver it to the downstream userŸ 连接KSK与ABP调试台并进行线束测试，测试完成后移除线束并将其提供给下一用户
• Documentation of KSK errors, analyses and communication with the KSK PZS and supplier, implement the errors repairment 记录并分析KSK故障，联系KSK的供应商并尝试修复故障
• Check the Parts in the E-shopping cart and match the missing parts list and track part arrival status, connect parts on VI test table from the E-shopping cart, disconnect parts on VI test table and put them on the E-shopping cart and deliver the E-shopping cart to assembly or warehouse after the VI check 检查零件，匹配零件缺失列表跟踪零件运输状态。连接E-shopping中的零件与调试台的组件，断开连接后将其放在E-Shopping中，在检测后将零件交付给仓库
• Check the functions on VI test table, record and report the results and problems 使用预检调试台检查控制器功能，记录结果并生成故障报告
• Implement the Calibration for driver assist systems, ESP, EPS, air conditioner, etc.… Ÿ 对驾驶员辅助系统、ESP、EPS、空调系统等进行校准
• Implement dynamic test drive, check the dynamic functions, record and report the results and problems 进行动态试驾，检查动态功能，并生成结果和问题报告
• Implement some simple assembly and disassembly tasks for commissioning failure analysis and repair 在分析和维修调试故障时完成一些简单的组装和拆卸任务
• Organize the IBN documents for prototype car's delivery and Ÿ Support the development for the commissioning tools 为样车交付编辑 IBN 文件，并对调试工具的开发提供支持

Qualifications

• Junior college degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualifications 汽车工程、电气工程、计算机科学大专学历或同等学历
• More than 3 years of vehicle commissioning or rework experience in automotive industry 3年以上的车辆调试或在汽车行业的返修经验
• Good understanding of automotive electrical and electronic  对汽车电子与电气有良好的理解
• IT skills: Familiar with computer and MS Office IT技能: 熟悉电脑和微软办公软件
• Strong execution, structured working methods, ability to work in a team, high dedication, high degree of initiative, active thinking and innovative approach 执行力强, 工作方法有条理, 团队合作能力强, 有敬业精神, 主动性强, 思维活跃, 有创新性
• Driver's license: class C1 or above -驾驶证等级： C1及以上
