Brief description of the position:

Responsible for optimizing and standardizing the recruitment process of the regional recruiting center to enhance efficiency. Conduct data tracking, analysis, and reporting to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Additionally, maintain and optimize the recruitment system to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Process Optimization: Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement standardized and efficient recruitment processes, standard policy/document guideline include BC and WC; guideline training support in HR.
  2. Data Analysis: Establish and optimize the data-tracking mechanism during the recruitment process. Delivering KPIs. Recruiting KPIs related: Data Analysis & Reporting.Regularly collect, track, clean, and analyze the core recruitment datas, such as the offer numbers, recruitment leadtime and other KPI related, etc. According to the business needs of the recruitment team, regularly integrate and output recruitment data analysis reports.
  3. Data Reporting: According to the business needs of the recruitment team, regularly integrate and output recruitment data analysis reports, such as recruitment quality, recruitment target fulfillment status, cost per hire, recruitment channel proportion, etc.
  4. System Optimization: Adjust and optimize the recruitment system according to the recruitment process and business needs, aiming to reduce recruitment operation costs and improve recruitment operation efficiency.
  5. System maintenance: Conduct daily operation and maintenance of the recruitment system. Based on the needs and feedback from recruiters, carry out daily operation, maintenance, and adjustment of the MOKA and SF systems.
  6. Audit related work: Collaborate to complete various audit tasks, such as internal audits, QMS audit, information security audit and LKSG audit etc.
  7. Internal Documentation: responsible for departmental document access and its management rules and user behavior standardization; SCR Leadership folder maintenance.
  8. Strategic projects: Supporting in Region Recruiting projects, e.g. recruiting knowledge base establishment, recruiting data transparency etc.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-5 years or more of experience in human resources, familiar with end-to-end recruitment process and recruitment systems.
  • Strong ability in establishing standardized system processes and data analysis, proficient in presentation of reports;
  • Experience in analyzing recruitment operation data and proficient in data analysis tools such as excel, Tableau and Power BI
  • Familiarity with recruitment management systems, such as MOKA and SF Good learning capability and ability to drive topics, clear logical thinking, good at summarizing complex topics;
  • Strong Problem - solving skills, communication and coordination skills. Fluent communication in English
