Brief description of the position:

BU Primary contact Consultant and employee development Close to business units

 

 Key Tasks:

  1. Drive HR process-flow on both division and individual level and integrate HR strategy with business objectives
  2. Support HR Manager to prepare & facilitate the talent calibration & workshop with BU to identify key talents, build up robust talent pipeline and work out dynamic succession plan and localization plan
  3. Providing the peoples measures during the business transformation process(e.g Toolbox implementation)
  4. Consult employee on personal development topic to ensure the talent development in line with the business requirement
  5. Oversee contract renewals (assess with business, ensure compliance, coordinate communications) + drive performance improvement & resolve key employee cases.
  6. Provide input to HR CoE & SSC for optimization and guidelines
  7. Participate in investigation of employee relation issues and personnel committee to address misconducts as well as follow up with the decided HR measures
  8. Have open-door communications with employees on regular basis and timely feedback to management on findings and suggestions
  9. Handle escalations and deviations based on management decisions.
  10. Steer the KPI achievement status (tracking & action plan e.g. W2W, female in mgmt.etc)

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor and above, preferred in which major business management, Human resources, psychology
  • At least 3 years of related working experience.
  • - Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken), additional language German (desirable)
  • - Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills as well as business acumen;
  • - Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task;
  • - Sound Analytical and judgmental ability and good project management skills;
  • - Good knowledge of labor and employment law
