Brief description of the position

The position plays a pivotal role managing end to end Inbound service covered whole assignment life cycle. This role ensures a seamless experience for both incoming and outgoing employees, providing support and guidance throughout journey with the company. The incumbent shall deliver high quality HR services, handles standardized HR questions and tasks/projects assigned.

 

Key Tasks: 

  1. Pre-Assignment Preparation, collaborate with Home & Host company to prepare relevant for immigration, relocation and other assignment topics to ensure seamless on-boarding.
  2. Responsible to provide assignee professional HR consultation aligned with global policy and company policy, for example logistic, housing, schooling, time plan and benefit questions
  3. Facilitate the on boarding process for inbound employee, including orientation, Work permit, resident permit, housing, schooling and other settlement after arrival.
  4. Managing the compensation and benefits for inbound assignee according to the global mobility policy, company’s policies and local regulations
  5. Plan and manage the repatriation process for inbound assignee, provide career transition support, conduct debriefing session to gather feedback and improve the HR service
  6. Provide clear and timely communication to employees and stakeholders throughout the assignment cycle
  7. Ensure compliance with immigration ,tax, and labor laws in both home and host countries/locations during the assignment period.
  8. Optimize the workflow/processes while daily operation and provide actionable insights to COE, assist in developing and updating the policies to align with business &legal requirement
  9. Monitoring vendor performance and managing vendor service, able to dealing with emergency cases following the business and legal requirement

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • Above 2 years working experience before with related experiences
  • - Understanding of diverse culture and ability to support employee in cross culture environment - Excellent communication skill interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and problem -Solving skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Proficiency in HR System (e.g. SAP, Success factor, KSRM...),proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP Purchasing Modules - Fluent English in speaking, writing; German is an additional benefit.
