Brief description of the position:

Aims to boost employees' skills. Focuses on creating learning programs, assessing tools, developing courses, sourcing external training, and customizing content. Enhances learning outcomes, helping employees gain skills for org. development.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Design technical learning programs for E-mobility R&D and manufacture activities , aligning content with skill-building needs.
  2. Implement designed learning activities systematically for R&D and manufacture related target groups, ensuring maximum impact.
  3. Organize cross-entity competency conferences to identify core skills for org. development.
  4. Assess training tools per competency requirements and select the best ones for effectiveness.
  5. Develop internal training courses aligned with skills goals and train internal trainers.
  6. Certify internal trainers through comprehensive assessment to ensure instructional skills.
  7. Construct a learning evaluation mechanism to measure training effectiveness for decision-making.
  8. Deploy the evaluation mechanism to collect feedback for continuous training improvement.
  9. Procure external training courses and customize content to meet org. needs.
  10. Provide centralized guidance for cross-entity learning programs, enhancing outcomes.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's or higher in Education Electrical Engineering and Automation or New Energy Vehicle Engineering etc. Training development and facilitation experiences are a plus.
  • At least 5 years working experiences. Proven record in designing & implementing programs. Experience in cross-departmental projects. Familiar with sourcing external courses.
  • Knowledge: In-depth of training methods, competency models, and evaluation metrics. Skills: Instructional design, communication, data analysis, and project management.
