Brief description of the position:

This position is overall responsible to ensure the smooth running of technical security planning lead all projects incl. new and current locations etc. in terms of creating security concept, communicating with all relvant business units, monitor overall status to ensure the entire security process to support operation and achieve all security targets.

Key Tasks: 

1. Develop and maintain Security Concepts based on local legal requirements and regulations, Group guidelines, Policies and Business Unit's needs and specific project situations and requirements.
2. Cross entities Exchange & Communication in terms of fire protection related topics. Worked as the interface for Technical Security Projects in the company for all business units. Lead, follow-up and implement security technology projects, RFP preparation, such as upgrading access control systems, visitor systems, etc.Act as the interface of related vendors, provide technical (security) input for contract negotiations, engagement with vendors.
3. The theoretical ability of technical security can provide efficient guidance for operations. Ensure the maintenance of all installed Security Hard- and Software. Supervision of repair and annual revisions. Conduct regular inspections of Technical equipment.
4. Conduct regular audits to assess technical security compliance and operation levels and identify areas for improvement in technical securityn processes.
5. Responsible for drafting and issuing relevant security policies and procedures instructions, applications, etc. Develop, align, localize, enforce and maintain the technical security related policies and supporting regulations. Development and future growth in field of technical security policy with all processes.
6. Provide required consulting and support for technical security drawing review, site technical security inspection and access management system, incl. software, hard wares, etc. acceptance work for current and new projects upon request.
7. Research and identify future technologies to bring value and efficiency to security and business operation.
8. Be in general available for all kinds of needed Security Projects / Tasks in a flexible and self-responsible way

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, Engineering degree/ preferably in security or Safety.
• Work experiences in technical security planning / development / engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in technical security, technical experience in project planning, research, etc. Languages Skills: Chinese and English in writing and conversation mandatory IT Skills: MS Office Personal Skills: Excellent communications skills Project management skills: High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time Proven Proactive problem solving skills, excellent organization skills
