职位描述:
Brief description of the position:
Controller is one of the most important cost position of car projects, she/he contributes directly to the financial goals of VCTC. The Component Controller actively calculates and reports cost impacts based on technical documents and/or sourcing results and offers transparent advice.
Key Tasks:
- Dependent development of component targets values based on technical information and harmonization with R&D and purchasing department.
- Continuous, transparent tracking and presentation of component cost status incl. optimization analyses.
- Preparation and harmonization of project decisions and cost estimations.
- Creating of internal and external component benchmark analysis and special tasks to derive concrete actions for further cost optimizations.
- Independent financial consultations for business units and financial project leaders.
- Process optimizations and developing new ideas to further optimize financial results.
- Continuous, transparent tracking and presentation of financial project status incl. optimization analyses as well as company and group committee preparations.
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
- Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business & Finance or similar.
- Process and business orientation.
Working experience:
- Social & team working competences.
- Open and team-spirited mind-set with an inner drive to improve financial results.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge, skills and others:
- High level of analytical and organizational skills required, including the ability to think quickly, solve problems, multi-task and prioritize work.

- Power Point and Excel skills.
- Innovation & continuous improvement.
- English on a professional level.
