Brief description of the position:

This position will be key interface of the local entity to the VCIC headquarter in Beijing with regards to Cost Center Controlling. The overall aim is to standardize the Cost Center Controlling across the Region China with its processes, policies and tools. In addition, it will help to improve the transparency, implement optimization measure and leverage further synergies.

Key Tasks:

1. Support to standardize regional cost center controlling guideline, standardize budget and forecast methodology as key interface of responsible entity 
2. Support to evaluate regional fixed cost target and recommend effective optimization measures for proper implementation in responsible entity incl. budget release discipline, regional synergy impact
3. Support to design budget tool, improve regional cost transparency via timely & dynamic cost center report, funding status, R&O and other necessary analysis
4. Participate in cost benchmark analysis cross functions and entities best practice sharing
5. Continuous improve process between responsible entity and other related entity regarding cross-entity charge(e.g. SLA, SoC) to ensure operation excellence and cost efficiency
6. Set up proper prioritization mechanism to allocate investment quota by prioritization on company level to gain most valuable economic return.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline 

Working experience: 5 -10 years of financial management and controlling or other financial management related experience

• Conflict management among different stakeholders
• Solid interpersonal, oral and written communications skills (Chinese and English) specially with management level
• IT Project management experience and capabilities
• Budget control capabilities
• English essential 
• German is a plus
