职位描述:
Brief description of the position:
This position holds the responsibility of general HR service from pre-boarding to off-boarding including pre-onboarding, including offer letter distribution, fact check, SF maintenance, on-boarding organization, NEO implementation, labor contract management in a compliant & professional manner and all HR/Employee Data within the scope of group entities China.
Key Tasks:
- Deliver HR operational service pre-onboarding incl. offer letter distribution, Fact & health check, onboarding, off-boarding for LC, LHF, Contractor, Intern, apprentice etc.
- Labor contract management incl. Labor Contract Change & Labor Contract Extension to ensure that every labor contract handed out and signed is fully compliant and legally approved.
- Monthly payroll data of new hiring providing to payroll for salary calculation.
- Employee Data Maintenance and Management - Employee Data daily maintenance in SF & SAP & iApply etc. HR systems for new hiring & on-job.
- Reporting - Make regularly report of key HR figures;Provide ad-hoc reports for HR internal usage or Business
- Project Management -Support on on-going and future Employee Service projects; Coordinate and Support in ES related projects.
- Steer process integration, optimization and digitalization for ES operational service, steer implementation of process optimization during employee journey operations
- Daily consultation, incl. handling standardized and non-standardized questions from employees and BUs, and steer problem solving, and relative knowledge pool maintenance in HR CONNECT+.
- Other Employee Journey & Data related work upon requests.
Qualification and skills:
Education: Bachelor Degree and above
Knowledge, skills and others:
- Good at communication, easy going, self motivation and patience.
- Quick leaner and willing to learn.
- Fluent English in speaking, writing; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- German is an additional benefit.
