Brief description of the position:

The financial digitalization position is mainly responsible for promoting the digital transformation of the enterprise's financial field. By applying advanced digital technologies and tools, it optimizes financial processes, improves data quality and analysis capabilities, provides accurate and efficient financial data support for the enterprise's strategic decision – making

Key Tasks:

• Be responsible for the integration and governance of financial data, build a unified financial data warehouse or data center
• Use data mining, machine learning and other technologies to conduct in - depth analysis of massive financial data and explore business insights behind the data
• Design and develop financial data analysis reports and visual dashboards to present key financial indicators (KPIs) and business data in an intuitive and understandable way, meet the decision - making needs of different management levels
• Conduct in - depth research on the enterprise's existing financial processes and identify pain points and inefficient links in the processes, and propose improvement plans using digital means.
• Lead or participate in financial process automation projects, introduce Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to achieve the automatic processing of repetitive and regular financial tasks
• Promote the deep integration of financial processes and business processes.
• As a financial digitalization expert, provide technical training and guidance for the financial team, improve the overall digital literacy and skill level of the team
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education:

• Finance or Business Administrative (bachelor/master degree) with IT Background

Knowledge, skills and others:

• Project leading experience & Confidence in dealing with interfaces
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems
• Ability to drive changes and execute plan on operational level
• Excellent cooperation/communication skills, team player
• Strategic mind-sets, quick thinking and handling, proactive & responsible
• Willingness to travel within China and to HQ locations
• Strong command of English, German/Chinese
• MS Office skills / SAP or IT System knowledge are required
