职位描述: 

Brief description of the position:

Responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, process optimization, and standardization in Region China. Establish and implement regional process and governance framework, support organization development (OD) projects & workforce structure steering. Delivery of efficient process solutions aligned with corporate goals, and balance process standardization and business results.

 

 

Key Tasks: 

  1. Conduct process diagnosis and function analysis to identify inefficiencies; design actionable optimization plans and track implementation
  2. Promote cross-departmental/cross-entity process harmonization, define process KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Introduce and promote Corporate Process Model (CPM) in Region China, matching technical solutions with business needs.
  4. Support governance work by formulating organizational change process frameworks, document archiving, and process digitalization
  5. Support digitalization of organizational-related processes, report generation, and tool optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy of organizational data tracking.
  6. Provide professional process consulting support to internal and external stakeholders upon request.
  7. Assist in workforce structure tracking, report preparation, and provide solution-based consultation for grading management relevant processes
  8. Support OD projects by assisting in organizational diagnosis, process deficiency analysis, and documentation of optimization measures
  9. Adapt to dynamic business needs and complete other assigned process optimization support tasks.

 

 

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Process Engineering, or related fields. 

Working experience: Minimum 3-4 years in process optimization, digitalization or project coordination; preference for experience supporting OD, workforce management or governance. 

Knowledge, skills and others:

  • Proficient in process engineering tools (e.g., process mapping), digitalization tools and data analysis platforms.
  • Basic understanding of organizational change management, workforce structure analysis and governance frameworks.
  • Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and design feasible solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration, communication and consulting skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable to dynamic environments.
