Brief description of the position:
Functional Expert, focus on recruitment request collection, define recruitment channel and provide the input to recruitment center, manage and meet BU expectation by strategic recruiting planning, leading special individual case discussion and hiring, managing escalations.
Key Tasks:
- Handle yearly recruiting planning, forecast, monthly report based on HR calendar
- Translate BU requirements into concrete recruiting planning, define and adjust hiring pace by prioritizing, steering, tracking recruitment (act as bridge to SSC)
- Act as bridge to HR CoEs and SSCs for individual cases or on BU/entity level and organize BU training on the policy update (Lead special case discussion and process as owner
- Translate position requirement for SSC (HAF) incl. tool / funnel selection
- End to end responsibility of internal transfer within entity, provide support on offer negotiation for FSE's spouse, group transfer, FSE localization
- Central management of recruiting related escalations
- Provide input to HR CoE & SSC for optimization and guidelines
- Participant regional projects lead by recruitment center, implement & consult BU for recruitment related policy change
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Bachelor and above degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related areas, overseas education is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' work experience preferably in recruitment/ talent acquisition related function, experience as headhunter is also welcome
- High degree of personal integrity and adherence to confidentiality
- Strong recruitment skills and ability to develop HR management practice concepts
- Self-confident communication on top management level with profound business understanding and business behavior.
