Brief description of the position:
The job holder of this position is responsible for high-quality execution of the Security Surveillance, Threat Intelligence Analysis, and Immediate Incident Response within the China Region/Asia Pacific and it's 334 Group entities. This position ensures the 24/7 protection of assets, data, and personnels within the region and provides bilingual (CN/EN) incident response.
Key Tasks:
1.Conduct Security Intelligence Research and Threat Analysis. Actively identify risks, threats and relevant information based on defined categories, provided by qualified information channels.
2.Ensure 24/7 bilingual (EN/CN) Immediate Incident Response, fast communication and quick decision making in terms of severe Security incidents for the China Region and Asia Pacific.
3.Create qualified R-SOC analysis report on daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis depends on receivers/stakeholders/clients' requirements and content relevance.
4.Archive the incidents in internal reporting system, and maintain the incident data pool. Provide qualified evidences for Group Background Check, Compliance Investigation Mandate, and Audit, etc.
5.Execute the Regional Travel Security by conducting of all necessary measures to support VW Group employees business trips to high-risk deployments
6.Identify and select the universal/ high-frequent/ classic incident case; provide detailed security advisory, lesson-learned, and training tips to stakeholders.
7.Support department and company tasks/ events/ workshops/ projects depends upon personal availability and knowledge.
8.Support the local Security Operation Center on coordination and incidents solving.
9.First contact for the Assignees to ensure immediate Security incident response, consult on the regional contingency planning for the entities
10.Acceptance to work in 3-shift system.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Bachelor degree or equivalent education background
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a
variety of positions, roles and levels.
- Proven proactive problem solving skills.
- Strong cross-department coordination capability.
- Fluent English ability (both oral and written); High proficiency of Business English Writing as strong plus.
- Multi-language is a plus.
