Brief description of the position:

As the role of reporting and planning you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and supporting of business intelligence, analysis, and reporting solutions. You will be responsible for data planning and reporting. Designs and develops reporting solutions in different tools and will be responsible for adhering to current reporting procedures and techniques.

Key Tasks:

• Prepare, review and produce monthly and quarterly executive management reporting package, under tight and strict deadlines
• Conduct research and analysis of Profit and Losses (actual results vs budget, outlook or prior periods) and other financial metrics for the Company’s clients and/or business lines
• Ensure timely delivery of supporting information and carry out follow-ups on relevant issues
• Be involved in all aspects of the planning cycle, including one-year budgeting and multi-year forecasting, coordinating data collection with the client’s business planning and finance staff and other corporate finance departments, analyzing projections and guiding changes
• Identify the key business drivers of results, assigning the proper economic cost to capital investment, and financial statement analysis
• Provide strategic and/or financial decision support to senior management
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of processes, streamline collection, use, and presentation of data
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Degree in management information systems, finance, econometrics, statistics, or similar.

Working experience:

• Proven experience creating data-driven knowledge that promotes profitability.
• Proven experience in financial report and plan.

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with business users and management of all levels for the development and delivery of reporting requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
