Responsibility for the strategy, development of powertrain ICE, Hybrid and BEV (AUDI) also the modules.

Guarantee of compliance with laws, regulations and standards, specifications from target catalogue and specifications with a legal character and internal company guidelines for the above-office tasks.

Ensuring uniform development processes and approval criteria for various powertrain modules suppliers.

Process responsibility for the cross-brand early alignment and product releases in global development.Guarantee of KPIs - cost competitiveness of powertrain, economically efficient acting, cost center budget, project expenditures, development costs, HC targets, recruiting, SOPs …

Qualifications:

Engineering and/or business management univ. degreewith 7+ years in management positions or leading function in powertrain areas with team size

over 30 peopleStrong leadership skills regarding people and visionary business

Highly skilled with efficient management of complex projects with many stakeholders

Strong problem solving abilities in complex environment

Able to communicate highly effective on different levels – from shop-floor to top managementFluent in English / Chinese

Special requirement:ICE/Hybrid functional expertise in OEM or T1 suppliers
