岗位描述/Position Mission

• Define company strategy for Enterprise IT services based on business direction
• Develop a clear understanding of business needs and being able to respond with agility to changing business priorities
• Management of business specific IT projects in terms of transformation
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple business units, suppliers and Chinese Government to ensure the successful delivery of service levels and match requirements

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Technical key words:
• Follow up on commercial billing topics for Cloud billing and cost distribution
• Commercial coordination of SC / PR / PO for Cloud Services
• Align / clarify / explain / publish Region China OneIT processes for CARIAD CN business units
• Coordination and discussion with other IT Team or Government topics (e.g. ICP, DLPC, …)
• Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment
• Execute CARIAD CN specific IT Projects from coordination perspective, involving internal / external suppliers for delivering holistic IT deliveries (e.g. FMO as special project, TCB as special project)
• Service Management – Monitor service delivery / quality for various services delivered by Region China OneIT and additional suppliers:
• Endpoint management (HW / SW)
• Security services
• Cloud infrastructure services
• Platform services (e.g. AI platforms
• UHD / Customer satisfaction
• Network operations
• Application services, e.g. iApply / Mail / O365
• ICP lifecycle (coordinate filing / update filing and so on)
• Stocktaking of fixed IT assets / HW Asset review (regular trigger)
• Change Management involvement / participation
• Global tool commercial handling
• Execute overall AI specific governance in terms of AI framework inventory, regulations, enforcement, coordination and steering

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education Background

Bachlor’s and above degree in business administration / computer science or related.

Work Experience

5+ years’ experience in IT industry, focus on IT operation area and project management
Experience in Automotive Industry – Preferred
Cloud operation and/or management – Preferred
Service level management – Preferred.  

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Cloud services experience both for private and public;
• Be familiar with project management;
• Be familiar with service management based on ITIL and similar;
• Be familiar with ICP filing process;
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• English: Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and German language is a plus
