职位描述: 

This role takes full responsibility for all activities of  Product Line Sales & 2C business of Region China IT department, including plan, define, design, build and operate all customer-facing touch points applications, vehicle connectivity related services, sales and aftersales & services application and systems. 
This role will be fully responsible for Sales & Marketing, Aftersales business and Connectivity integration related IT&D business management of requirement, strategy, architecture, portfolio and projects, budgeting and controlling, organization and resource, quality of development & delivery, operation & security. This role is also responsible for organizational capability planning and build-up. 

 

Responsibilities:

1.Fully responsible for Sales & 2C product line IT strategy development and implementation, portfolio planning and management

2. Fully responsible for Sales & 2C digital landscape, capability and architecture design and implementation

3. Ensuring of  Sales &2C systems and applications planning, development, deployment, operations and security

4. Contribute to achieve organization objectives and planned results

5. Accountable for budget planning of operation and projects, efficient control of expense, adherence of the cost and invest budget and Resources

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Technology , Business Management or other comparable fields of Information Technology (IT). 

-More than 10 years’ experience as a IT leader to manage business engagement, IT strategy, system development and operation, preferable in Automotive sales and aftersales business domain. 

- Experience in architecture management, strategy planning, product definition/design, 
DevOps  management; experienced in developing and operation of large customer facing applications, sales and aftersales systems will be preferred.
- Experience in auto industry digital transformation, digital sales / aftersales business model;
- Experience of paralell multiple operational project management, strong creative proposal ability, product landing ability
- Familiar with the technology and development process of centralized and 
distributed secure architecture, knowledge about new intelligent vehicle connection 
architecture platform is preferred
- Have strong leadership, good data sensitivity, logical thinking and analytical ability
- Be good at extracting and summarizing problems, have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
