The position holder is responsible to create and deploy AI LLMs and AI Agents in the domain of SW Integration to improve and accelerate the integration steps of Automotive Software by collaborating closely with core domains and connected vehicle systems to build a future-ready, highly reliable, agile, and intelligent vehicle integration testing framework.

Key tasks:

Design and implement AI Agents to support various steps of integration process including test design, test automation, trace analysis, test report creation and experience based system analysis.

Apply cutting-edge AI techniques—including large language models (LLMs), AI Agents and time-series data analysis—to intelligently analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet bus logs, test reports, and defect databases to automatically detect anomalies and latent risks.

Develop intelligent test scheduling and resource optimization systems to enable dynamic task allocation, priority prediction, and bottleneck alerts.

Collaborate with test development, software integration, and quality assurance teams to embed AI capabilities and implementation of AI agents to accelerate delivery.

Drive the assetization of test data by building high-quality, structured test knowledge bases to support continuous AI model iteration.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Proficient in AI LLM landscape and AI Agent development. 

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively (fluent English required).
