Brief description of the position:

This position will be deeply involved in system integration validation for CEA related projects, collaborating closely with core domains and connected vehicle systems to build a future-ready, highly reliable, agile, and intelligent vehicle integration testing framework.

Key Tasks:

Design and implement AI/ML-driven test automation strategies covering functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and more.

Apply cutting-edge AI techniques—including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and time-series data analysis—to intelligently analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet bus logs, test reports, and defect databases to automatically detect anomalies and latent risks.

Develop intelligent test scheduling and resource optimization systems to enable dynamic task allocation, priority prediction, and bottleneck alerts.

Collaborate with test development, software integration, and quality assurance teams to embed AI capabilities and accelerate delivery.

Drive the assetization of test data by building high-quality, structured test knowledge bases to support continuous AI model iteration.

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Working experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in AI deployment and AI agent creation in large organizations. Experience with Automotive Software development is a plus. 

Knowledge, skills and others: Proficient in automotive communication protocols (CAN/CAN FD, LIN, SOME/IP, DoIP) and testing tools (e.g., CANoe, CAPL, Vector toolchain); Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively(fluent English required; German a plus); Fast Learning Ability
