Making integration work flow, establish the quality gate and check list within Layer9, making sure integration test, OTA test and non function test run in a process orientated way in routine and timely manner. The key contact of the CEA One team regarding vehicle project parts ordering, test vehicle planning, maintenance, and centralized the parts ordering activities for CEA One team.

Key Tasks:

- Support integration operation by providing necessary software release: Standardize process system; Establish and maintain internal processes 

- Test vehicle requirement management and daily maintenance

- Coordinate with JV for job split in integration areas

- Part ordering process set up and execution making sure the parts of VCTC and JV HUT are be delivery on time

-supporting integration team daily work

-Creation, coordination, maintenance and implementation of the vehicle test concept; -Creation of a test strategy and scheduling, taking project risks into account; -Review of system test concepts incl. test design strategy.

-Coordination, instructing and training employees that they fulfill the requirements as vehicle test manager without support or additional training efforts from their side; -Preparation of regular project and/or status reports.

-Know-how exchange with cooperation partners including controlling and ensuring the necessary measures as well as operating the realization and, if necessary, coordinating and instructing employees from a technical point of view.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineering or Management 

Experience in project management, with project management professional certification & region China project as prefer; Experience in leading technical team.

Certified tester(e.g. ISTQB) or several years of professional experience in integration & testing; Abilities in communication and organizing; Structured and organized way of working; Konw-How on New energy vehicle basis; Konw-How on Intelligent vehicle basis.
