Brief description of the position:

• Ensuring the availability of a holistic, up-to-date, and prioritized TOP error list

• Steering and coordination of E/E error management within TE

• Achieving the highest possible product quality for the customer in close collaboration with the specialist departments 

Key Tasks:

Manage error tracking process and communication and escalation channel in assigned projects, incl. but not limited to configuration management, process setting, risk reporting and ticket quality control

Organize regular error tracking meetings to review progress, coordinate resources, resolve problems and conflicts, and ensure successful error ticket fixing

Data mining and analysis from existing error status. Define and adapt lessons learned from the error ticketing tracking for project team, esp. validation continuous improvement.

Creating Daily error report with management overview with automation tool chain (e.g., the AI solution, EasyBI...) and Organize the error round for the escalation and clarification of the error tickets, whose handle time is beyond the regular time

Cross domain/teams/departments/stakeholders’ communication to establish strong cooperation and collaboration to achieve project validation scope delivery

Organize top issue round and timely escalation the top issues to the management meeting

Ensuring the quality check of error tickets with the support of AI solution

Participation in necessary statements and approval recommendations from a system integration perspective based on error reports, as well as assessment of the error status from the E/E integration perspective

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor degree in Automotive/ Electrical/Industry Engineering, or comparable qualification

Knowledge, skills and others: Abilities in communication and organizing; Structured and organized way of working; Knowledge and experience in AI tool chain, Jira, ALM or similar ticket system and reporting system Knowledge in error management Konw-How on New energy vehicle basis & Intelligent vehicle basis Authority according to the rules of procedure of the E/E error meeting
