Brief description of the position:

This position is Low Voltage Power Components (eg. 12V/48V LV-Battery & PDU)  owner with the main responsibility of ensuring LV-Component development activities according to specification & schedule .  The position is technical interface closely with  LV  Components suppliers  and  JVs in China to drive the development 

 Key Tasks:

• Analyze the break-down requirements and define LV power components (eg. Lv-Battery/PDU)  specification/LAH 
• Creation and coordination of the Component project timeline according  to vehicle milestone & IPD release 
• Comprehensive supplier management  incl. organisation and implementation of a regular meeting and review meetings, maintenance of an OPL and escalation if necessary
• Preparation of documents (e.g. traffic light sheets, project status, butterfly sheets) and presentation to the relevant committees (e.g. PH )
  Preparation and distribution of  management status report regularly 
• Review technical documentation &   reports submitted by suppliers  to ensure that supplier  deliverables meet the requirements
• Preparation of requests (ÄKOs/AWEs/ ÄAs), coordination of content including  documents and obtaining approvals. Participation in the Aeko Round and presentation of change requests
• Define test case for component  and  support  vehicle level test. 
  Establish and coordination test and validation plan , tracking the test status and analysis/solving the problem during the test.
• key technical release responsibility for project milestone (P/B/BMG/K release ) according to project timing and technical requirements.
• Participation in internal RCB (Release Control Board) for issuing level releases together with  core team
