Brief description of the position:

This position holder is in charge of YE 12V energy management system testing. 
Role of the OU is responsible for low-voltage energy management in China, and leads the development, validation, release, and localization of low-voltage components. 

Key Tasks 

1. Resposible for conducting various tests of  the static current, low-voltage power consumption, electrical balance on the entire vehicle
2.  Responsible for creating KPMs and error analysis
3. Formulate testing cases for 12V energy management system
4. Competitor benchmark tests to ensure the competitiveness in China Market. 
5. Timely planing and steering for tests of vehicle project (deadlines, budget, resources…)
6. Optimize testing process, standards, specifications, and methods

Qualification and skills required for the position:

1. Automotive engineering / electrical engineering ...etc.
2. Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general.
3. Familiar with CANoe and CANape, Matlab 
4. Experienced in vehicle test and bench test
5. Deep knowledge of technical engineering procedures, knowledge of VW PEP is preferred.
6. Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred.
