Brief description of the position:
To conduct the robust maintenance management of the test equipment and test benches in R&D workshops and ensure a stable running of test and prototype production.

Key Tasks:
- Responsible for Maintenance activities. Ensure all safety standards are met during maintenance activities. (Main Responsibility)
- Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime (Main Responsibility)
- Leading and plan maintenance actions. Preventive, Planned and Crisis Maintenance. (Main Responsibility)
- Optimization of current maintenance processes (Main Responsibility)
- Coaching in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean concepts (Main Responsibility)
- Coach problem solving activities ,mainly focused on Reliability and Maintainability. (Main Responsibility)
- Coordinate skilled personnel during breakdowns to fix the issue with the minimal disturbance. Ensure resources are planned during the breaks. (Main Responsibility)
- Be point of contact to local vendors and commodity suppliers regarding equipment issues. (Main Responsibility)
- Providing input on new equipment design and purchase. Supporting new equipment planning as required (Main Responsibility)
- Drive maintenance cost and budget control. (Main Responsibility)
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position (Main Responsibility)
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher education in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical/Electrical/Automation engineering preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
- Working experience: At least 5 years working experience for equipment related work in Automotive industrial field
- Knowledge, skills and others:
- Ability to optimize equipment programs and trouble shoot issues to identify root cause
- Excellent communicator who can train team members
- Must be self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
- Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
- Vision experience strongly preferred
