Brief description of the position: 

This position is steering of Product Cost Optimizations and MissionX programs in China Region, it is aimed at: coordinate the Chassis&ADAS Fachteam in VWA&FAW-VW&SVW&CARIAD&VCIC with VCTC centralizing role, coordinate Chassis&ADAS ideas between China Region and Europe, pushing Chassis&ADAS ideas forward with recommended activities.

Key Tasks：

• Central coordination in the region for Mission X China.
• Establish and organize Chassis&ADAS BL Runde committee which are used for pushing ideas forward.
• From Chassis&ADAS Fachteam perspective, Create reports and summary for China Region in Mission X area regularly.
• Create Chassis&ADAS idea sheet cost optimization with technical description and business case evaluation together with the JV Fachteams, purchasing and finance.
• Track and push forward the Chassis&ADAS idea evaluation and implementation in the region.
• Organize Mission X China committee meetings in the region and participate in the Mission X Group committee.
• Organizing activities in China Region, generating new Chassis&ADAS ideas to achieve more potential savings.
• Support other work content and follow the supervisor's arrangement.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor/Master study mechanical, automotive, electrical engineering, project management etc.
• More than 2 years working experience.
• Excellent skills of Microsoft office software, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and so on.
• Professional in project management and communications -Professional in Chassis&ADAS area development and coordination.
• Technical knowledge of vehicle hardware and spare parts development will be a plus.
• Languages: Fluently in English, German will be a plus.
