key task:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and iterative design of the full-vehicle multi-domain communication matrix, covering ADAS, intelligent cockpit, chassis, body and powertrain domains. Build bus topologies for CAN, CAN FD, LIN and automotive Ethernet. Define messages, signals, cycle scheduling, frame formats and interaction logic for all ECU and domain controller nodes, and deliver standardized vehicle-level communication matrix documents.
2. Independently create, update and maintain automotive communication databases including DBC, LDF and ARXML. Unify vehicle signal naming conventions, message allocation rules and version control mechanisms to ensure the consistency, reusability and scalability of communication matrices across different vehicle models and configurations.
3. Define vehicle gateway routing, forwarding and filtering strategies, and design network load balancing solutions to improve bus real-time performance and fault tolerance. Develop and implement AUTOSAR NM / OSEK NM sleep/wakeup logic and bus power management strategies. Analyze and resolve vehicle network issues regarding timing sequence conflicts, arbitration collisions and communication latency.
4. Manage Signal/Service Change Request review and implementation, steering the Change Request Process running
5. Breakdown and Improve Matrix development work in an efficient way via introducing new features and AI tools with internal SW developer
6. Define technical detailed realization solution of security communication SecOC solution in CEA platform

Qualification:

1. Major in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Communication engineering with bachelor degree or above   
2. •5+ years working experience in automotive communication architecture & development
   • International company working experience is a plus
3. • Experienced in Communication Matrix development for CAN/LIN/SomeIP/DDS
   • Skilled in AUTOSAR matrix data structure and database file format
   • Strong Knowhow in AUTOSAR E2E and SecOC
   • Demonstrated experience in automotive communication network knowhow and automotive ethernet development
   • Skill in network tools, e.g. VN56xx, CANoe, CANape, INCA, Wireshark, Oscilloscope, PICO……
   • Have strong knowhow on automotive communication network technology: CAN, LIN, ETH, AutoSAR NM & PNC, UDS, MCU/SoC boot… and ethernet protocols: IP, TCP/UDP, Socket, AVB/TSN, gPTP, MQTT, HTTP, VLAN, Some/IP, security
